Si noti poi che ad oggi l'unico brevetto in stato approvato, con Grant Date 25.08.2015, e' il secondo, quello del 14.03.2012 con Applicanti Andrea Rossi Leonardo Corporation.

La domanda che mi pongo da tempo e': chi ha veramente in mano la proprieta' intellettuale dell'e-cat?
Se guardiamo all'unico brevetto approvato ha ragione Rossi a ribadire che la proprieta' intellettuale e' di Leonardo Corporation di cui lui e' CEO.
Se guardiamo ai brevetti seguenti, ancora non approvati, vediamo l'apporto prima di Industrial Heat INC. nel 2014 e poi di Industrial Heat LLC nel 2015, coerentemente con l'annuncio di Industrial Heat di aver acquistato la proprieta' intellettuale dell'e-cat, ma di non essersela ancora fatta riconoscere ufficialmente a quanto pare...

Se guardiamo all'ultimo brevetto depositato il 28.07.2015 resto un po' stranito... Rossi riprende a correre da solo?
